Demitra is fourteen years old and a native of Indianapolis. Since the age of eleven, Demitra has had the honor of training with Valentina Kozlova in New York City. This opportunity arose from Ms. Kozlova identifying Demitra during an Indianapolis City Ballet master class. Demitra’s ballet accomplishments include: Gold Medal at the 2013 VKIBC in New York City; Silver Medal at the 2013 TanzOlymp in Berlin, Germany; Silver Medal at the 2012 Boston International Ballet Competition; and Soloist in the Indianapolis City Ballet’s 2012 Evening with the Stars and 2011 Young Stars of Ballet Gala.
